Description: BIG NEWS! Our CEO's new book "Become a Content Brand" is out on Amazon NOW! Check it out here and thank you for supporting the channel! (DETAILS ABOUT THE BOOK BELOW) bit.ly/videofortbook This book is the culmination of 10 years of creating content for over 180 brands like Redbull, Coldwell Banker, Amazon, Sandisk, Boeing and Marriott Hotels. If you want to learn the secrets on how we built up a multi-million dollar video production agency + a stock footage company that brings in over $150k in passive revenue a year, you need to check out "Become a Content Brand." In this After Effects tutorial I'll show you how to create a smooth zoom twirl transition. This transition has been popularized by adventure vloggers like Matt Komo, Jay Alvarrez, RiceGum, Sam Kolder, Jr Ali, and many others. The twirl zoom is a great way to make your videos more dynamic by adding this advanced transition to the sequence. By applying these effects to the zoom you will be standing out from the crowd with a detailed and awesome transition. I call it an "Advanced" tutorial because here I'll also show you how to create a template for this effect. That way you'll only have to create the effect once and then you can swap out clips and re-export. One thing I just thought of while writing this description, you can also save the effects as a Preset if you'd like. If you haven't seen the Advanced Smooth Zoom tutorial definitely check that one out as well here: youtu.be/36xYtpXITw0 SUBSCRIBE to the channel for weekly tutorials: youtube.com/videofort Follow us on Facebook: facebook.com/videofort Follow us on Instagram for behind the scenes: instagram.com/videofort Join the filmmaking community at videofort.com • For this tutorial, I use After Effects CC 2017. No plugins are required. Video tutorial by Max Bard @magicbard KEYS TO SUCCESS: • Apply all your effects to an adjustment layer. • Precompose your footage layer so you can later swap out the clip when need be. • Make your transition short, around 5 frames on each side maybe 6 or 7 will do the job too. Anything longer and it could be too long of a transition. Please leave a like if this helped you and if you have any questions or want to learn a certain effect please let me know in the comments section and I'll get to it to you ASAP.
